Cost: Adults $12.00, Children ages 6-12 $6.00, Under 6 years free
*Ash Wednesday, February 18th, 7:00 p.m., Service of Holy Eucharist with Imposition of Ashes
*Lenten Reflection – 4 p.m., Tuesday's during Lent: February 24, March 3, 10, 17, and 24 in the Chapel
Piecemakers Group of Holy Trinity (a quilting and craft group) have taken on a Canada 150 project to knit 150 pairs of mittens for The South Shore Schools Plus program and have invited other Church Women's Groups to join them. The mittens will be distributed as needed within the local area elementary schools.

Here's a photo taken at St. James, Conquerall Mills, NS is of Rev'd Fran Boutilier and Shirley Nowe with the 30 pairs of mittens that she has knitted for the Piecemakers.
UPDATE:
268 pairs of Mittens were presented to Linda Jenson, Schools Plus Program to be distributed to the Elementary Schools in our area. In the photo shown above are Knitters involved from Holy Trinity & St James Anglican, St. Paul’s Lutheran, Bridgewater United Church and Bridgewater Baptish. A special thank-you to all for their gift of knitting. The 268 far exceeded the goal of 150!
